Naxos is one of the most fertile islands in the Aegean — blessed with exceptional potatoes, honey, cheeses, citrus, and seafood that need very little to shine. We do not import. We do not substitute. We build every menu around what the island is offering at that precise moment in the season, honouring recipes that have fed Naxian families for centuries while presenting them with the care and attention your experience deserves
What I do as a private chef is deeply personal to me. When I prepare a meal for your table, I am not following a fixed menu or a restaurant routine. I am cooking the way I would cook for my own family — with care, with instinct, and with the best that this island has to offer that day. I want every guest who sits at a table I have prepared to feel exactly what I feel when I am home on Naxos. Completely at ease. Completely nourished. Completely happy.

Our Story
Naxos Food Experience was born from a deep love for this island and everything it produces. Our team is made up entirely of local people — born and raised on Naxos — who have grown up around its farms, its fishing harbours, and the kitchen tables where recipes have been passed down through generations. This is not knowledge learned from books or culinary schools alone. It is knowledge lived, tasted, and carried in the hands that prepare every dish.
Between us, we bring decades of combined experience in private dining, hospitality, and the culinary traditions of the Cyclades. We know the farmers by name. We know which olive groves produce the finest oil, which fishermen bring in the best catch at dawn, and where to find the aged graviera that no menu can do without. That relationship with the land and the people who work it is what sets every table we prepare apart from anything you will find elsewhere.
